Marco Steiner-Selenic consults both domestic and international clients across all areas of business law.
His focus lies on corporate law, all types of M&A transactions, and corporate governance. This includes start-up advisory, venture capital financing rounds, private equity transactions, management buyouts, internal compliance, joint ventures, corporate succession, and trade regulation.
He also has a particular passion for the energy sector and sustainability. His advisory practice spans wind and photovoltaic transactions, energy regulation, charging infrastructure, energy trading and communities, legal aspects of fuel stations, support for gas companies on their path to becoming balance group managers in the Austrian gas market, as well as legal frameworks for supply chain directives and sustainability reporting.

David Kohl works primarily in corporate/M&A law and insolvency & restructuring.
He advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, crisis management, insolvency proceedings, and general corporate law. Over the years, he has developed sector expertise in energy, venture capital, and real estate.
Prior to joining ZEITPULSE Legal in March 2025, David Kohl was a partner at a leading Austrian business law firm (CMS) until February 2025. He also gained valuable experience in management consulting as an associate at the international auditing and tax consultancy firm KPMG and served as a university assistant at King’s College London, where he graduated in the top 1% of his economics class. He studied law at the University of Graz and the Esade Law School in Barcelona (Erasmus).
David is also admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
